My name is Alexis Fitzsimmons, Branch Manager of Service Coordination for a Service Coordination Entity based out of Carlisle, PA. Johanna worked directly under me and was an asset to our Erie Team. Had it not been for personal affairs, she would still be a part of our organization.

Johanna is a dedicated and motivated spirit. She is more than capable of learning her role and duties effortlessly. As a service coordinator, Johanna Whyte managed a caseload of 65 consumers all in which needed different tasks completed monthly, with various deadlines. Her dexterity is valuable in its own. She is amazing at typing!

Aside from her completion of routine social work, Johanna balanced travel time that coincided working from home, remotely. She can remain focused in her own space and is flexible to collaborate in person. I believe that developing quality relationships with companies alike and different are essential to any work environment and Johanna’s consistent contributions to that will show for itself.
