I directed the marketing for the premier convenience store company operating in the Mississippi Delta. The chain operates 44 stores and generates over $120 million in annual sales. Sales and Gross Margins increased 4-8% each year for the last 5 consecutive years during my tenure. The profits during this time were the best in the Company’s 28-year history.
I led the operation of 129 7/11 Convenience Stores located in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. During my 8-year tenure in this position my Zone relocated over 50 stores and maintained excellent sales and cost controls.
