Automated Cleaning Technologies San Antonio TX May 2022 to January 2023 As one of three main engineers at ACT I am currently in charge of designing and managing products as well as product lines. Starting from the sales order to decipher what the costumer wants to what the engineering department needs to get to the PDR phase and going forward to the CDR and finally to the final product phase. As the assistant engineer manager it is my responsibility to help my team succeed in finishing designs on time. By being second in command I have helped the engineering team succeed in finishing projects on time. That means helping support a product up to and including beyond reaching the costumers hands. Designed products for BAE amongst other airbases to have machines for cleaning aircraft parts. As the main engineer of CSI Health I was tasked with starting and integrating an engineering program within CSI Health. I was heavily involved with the CFO,CEO, and marketing team to deliver products that costumers wanted within certain deadlines. This pertained to the delivery of the X1 mobile unit in which it won an SBIR award with the DoD. I worked personally with manufacturers to establish a process in assembly and fabrication of CSI health products. At the same time I was the lead design engineer in making sure that the design was going according to deadlines that were established by myself and the marketing team. Was establishing processes in which to help the CFO to learn of what to budget and how much the costs of a design will be. This also made the decisions of what materials to use depending on costs. Worked with an advisory board as to see where we could potentially move forward with certain designs and certain markets. Worked closely with an automation firm to establish the necessary materials to make the products. Within the time that I spent at CSI health I have released 3 products that are being currently used by consumers. Have sucessfuly won 2 SBIR phase one awards with the company as well as a phase 2 SBIR award with the company. Started establishing engineering department by hiring 2 engineers in which they would be great replacements for me in case anything happened.
