The software supports all the unions working at CE and it provides a Seniority List, Job Bidding, and Grievance capabilities. I took over the project while it was red and over a year behind schedule and brought it back to green status with executive management approval. Partnered with Business HRM Portfolio and FP&A to secure and allocate OPEX/CAPEX requirements to fund and prioritize work.
