Are the doorways large enough for the passage of wheelchairs and walkers. Are the rooms large enough for the client’s furnishings. Is there a fully equipped kitchen in each client room. Are three meals served each day Is there television and cable access. Is there a sterile laundry, Is the activity room and dining room large enough to accommodate clients. Is transportation available to clients. Is there a licensed nurse on each shift.
