As a beta program manager, I’m responsible for setting up beta programs for pre-production hardware, features and software in advance of releasing product to general customer availability. As an NPI Program Manager, I was responsible for working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment companies to define product / project requirments. As lead program manager, projected started via leading a team to build manufacturing infrastructure across multiple global locations. This included building; 1) IT Infrastructure, 2) Manufacturing Infrastructure, 3) Test Infrastructure, 4) Material warehousing needs. Once infrastructure and process was setup, oversaw production operations support for a key customer account valued at $150 million annually. Developed project plans that included a detail schedule and work breakdown structure outlining tasks required to complete project activities. Conducted formal project reviews with sponsor throughout all phases of projects.
