Provide regular updaes to our customers on production timelines, issues, and purchase order delivery

Return customer messages in a timely manner

Timely communications of urchase order receipt and entry

Handel non-prodct quality customer complaints such as late deliveries, quality issue, shipping errors, ect.

Specific reports for individual customers on weekly open orde reports

Maintain changes to sales Orders as need incude order quantities and requested deliver dayes and pricing.

Follow up with QA for products that need to be released for shipping

Inform shipping all sales order that are ready for ship and perform initial preparation of shipments (number of trucks, quantiy per truck, ship-to address, etc.)

Enter RMA as needed for rejected soaps that need to be returned to Bradford

Review/verify inventory quantities, supporting inventory reporting documents ensuring timely and accurate information’s being reported.
