Column:

Blinding the inlets and outlets of the column.

Open the midways.

Cleaning, buffing as per marked area.

Removal of tray man way.

Demister pad removal.

Removal of trays (chimney trays and bubble trays).

Cleaning (air and water) the demister pads.

Buffing the t joint area, nozzle, and vertex breaker.

Install the demister pad and trays.

After completion of final inspection and baroscopic, box up the man ways.

Deblinding the inlets and outlets of the column. Vessel:

Open the man ways.

Cleaning, buffing as per marked area.

Demister pad removal.

Cleaning (air and water) the demister pads.

Buffing the t joint area, nozzle, and vertex breaker.

Install the demister pad.

After completion of final inspection and baroscopic, box up the man ways. Exchangers:

Open the man ways (channel head and channel cover).

Removal of bundle by using bundle puller and sent to workshop for hydro jetting.

To test the tube and plug in the leakage tube by tube test.

Cleaning, buffing as per marked area.

Install the Bundle.

Install the channel head and cover after final inspection. Valves:

Replace all types of Valves (Gate valve, Globe Valve, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valve, NRV, PRV).

After removal of valve to Blind the location or install new valve.

Removal & install the Control Valves (BDV, SDV, PCV, FLV) to check the orientation and install the perfect gasket for the process. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carries out routine maintenance and testing activities

• Modifies, repairs or replaces systems and equipment Installs new systems and equipment as required

• Participates in Risk Assessments as part of Integrated Safe System Of Work (ISSOW) / Permit to Work preparation

• Interprets technical drawings and updates with any changes following the installation of new systems and equipment.

• Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management.
