I manage multiple jobs consisting of high end multifamily projects, currently I have 4 projects totaling over $300 million and 1200 units. I help in the development stages of projects all the way through to CO of projects. I manage all aspects of the projects and coordinate with my GC on all things from COR to CO, RFI and permitting to Pay App and OAC meetings. I control and monitor all scheduling for the projects and make sure they are on time and on budget. I deal with complex issues at time using negotiating skills for contracts.
