Framesi NA is a distributor of Professional hair care products for the professional stylist only. The product is manufactured in Milan, Italy that is still family owned since 1945. As an educator with Framesi, I have had the opportunity to learn about the whole company and the products first hand. I am trained in presentation skills, in-depth product knowledge, training to teach new educators, Hair show platform work, cutting techniques and coloring techniques. I have had on- going trainings by conference calls, in-person trainings, Via ZOOM for the past 25 years by my corporate offices on all new product launches or corperate information. I am currently conducting ZOOM trainings for stylists all over NA, including Canada. I have also had a full time position with Framesi 2 times in 25 years as a Regional education/sales manager. With a territory of 8 states I took care of working closely with the distributor sales consultant that the products were sold through for the professional hair stylist. I conducted sales meeting of policy and procedures, product knowledge and sales strategies. I also managed the part-time educators for the 8 states to schedule educational classes for the stylists in the territory that were existing

customers or potential new stylists to the brand.

My reginal position consisted of travel, scheduling details. I was trained on Microsoft-Excel for weekly reports, and iPad, iPhone integrated technology.
