Premium Retail Services, Chesterfield, MO 2013 – 2015 Privately held provider of a wide range of retail-oriented services with $100 million in annual revenue. Division President – Consumer Electrics/OSS
Managed all business operations, including sales, marketing, merchandising, distribution and customer service, for the 2nd most profitable division in terms of gross margin contribution to the organization. Initially hired to set up and staff the Minneapolis, MN office and direct $30 million in revenue with a team of 400 professionals for the Consumer Electronics (CE) unit.

Vice President – Enterprise Supply Chain, 2012-2013 Headed up the $1.2 billion logistics unit with over 2,100 employees in support of 8 regional distribution centers and 15 delivery distribution centers. Effectively coordinated end-to-end supply chain functions to serve store replenishment, appliance home delivery and e-commerce fulfillment. Guided inbound goods from point-of- origin through multi-modal transportation to US entry port and final delivery.
Designed and implemented new automated DC pick-n-pack lines to streamline e-commerce fulfillment
