Vice President – Enterprise Supply Chain, 2012-2013 Headed up the $1.2 billion logistics unit with over 2,100 employees in support of 8 regional distribution centers and 15 delivery distribution centers. Effectively coordinated end-to-end supply chain functions to serve store replenishment, appliance home delivery and e-commerce fulfillment. Guided inbound goods from point-of- origin through multi-modal transportation to US entry port and final delivery.

Designed and implemented new automated DC pick-n-pack lines to streamline e-commerce fulfillment

Instituted better warehousing processes to provide “in-store-pick-up” (ISPU) options for consumers CEO/Managing Director – Best Buy UK, 2010-2012

Living in London, provided oversight for all aspects of sales, marketing, supply chain, merchandising, IT, HR, risk management, real estate and other functions as part of this $50 million joint venture with CarPhone Warehouse (UK).
