Job Responsibilities

Incoming offering material to carry out inspection for visually & mechanically against customer requirements/drawing as per sampling plan.

Prepare Incoming FA Inspection report for new development parts.

Verification & maintain instrument calibration and instrument daily check sheet, etc.

Responsible to update Quality Review Board for incoming status.

Daily review with manager about Incoming Daily lot rejection, Acceptance lot & inspection closing status.

Responsible for updating the IQA incoming receipt register.

Maintain supplier Changes Approval Report for 4M change.

Record the daily abnormalities in incoming receiving materials and raised SMRR to concern supplier and get a 8D report to close NC point.

Prepare, update and display the Defect matrix for raw materials related problem in IQA stage.

Daily Basis to collect the line rejection of raw materials related issue from in process quality and analysis defective parts and give the feedback to supplier.

Responsible for labelling or tagging all components with a green identification tag, if lot has to be accepted.

Responsible for timely completing the Incoming Inspection Report against receipt.

In charge of tagging (with a red tag) and quarantining to NC location for rejected lot.

Responsible to notify and inform all parties involved when a discrepancy is identified.
