Daly Computer sells, maintains, repairs computers and visual aid equipment. They have a large IT department that allows the company to give world class service to its customers.

Responsible for the daily upkeep of the facility and grounds includes HVAC, energy management system, plumbing, electric, Low voltage, roof repairs, review contract as needed, ordered part to maintain the facility.

Euclid Systems Inc. 4/2020 - 07/2021 Facility Engineer, Osha Compliance officer, safety officer and safety training officer

Euclid Systems develops and manufactures contact lenses and is committed to customer service. Responsible for daily maintenance operations of a production company to ensure the failure rate remained low.

•Replaced burnt-out motors in vacuum collection system and polishing stations.

•Maintained 14 rooftop A/C units along with three large compressors system that supplied air to 18 lathes for the air bearing. Install new are lines are requested.

•Maintained a 65-ton chiller for the cooling of the glycol that is supplied to the lathes and chillers.

•Maintained chemical room up to OSHA standards.

•Installed electrical circuits for the new lather and chillers along with uncrating of lathes and installing them at their new location.

•Installing cat 6 cable for the IT department as needed, along with repairing and installing push button locks and drywall repair.

•Manager and recruited contractors as needed.

•Maintained OSHA 300 log and reported to Human Resource department.

•Order supplies as required to maintain the facility.

•Installed Glycol lines for the new and old lathes as requested.

•Respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Conduct fire alarm evacuation test once a year for life safety. Timed the evacuation of employees.

Workshop Development focuses on value-add commercial real estate development. Projects include retail, industrial, office and adaptive re-use developments.
