JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATION SUMMARY
Fabricate, fit – up, an assemble different kinds of pipe/tube spooling such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, galvanized, cooper nickel pipe.
Bend 6mm to 50mm stainless / cooper tube using manual and electric bender machine
Bend different kinds of pipe 3/4 to 1 schedule 10, 40, and 80 using Hydraulic manual bender
Assemble spool Plastic pipes like PVC, ABS, REHAU, DWV, HDPE and ABS pipe
Lay-out and install different kinds of pipeline system such as Hydraulic System, Pneumatic System, Fuel System, Fire Fighting System, Drencher/Sprinkler System, Bilge and Sludge System, Hot & Cold/Fresh Water System, Black and Grey System. Sea Water Cooling System, Lube Oil System, refrigerant system, and Drain System
Install all kinds of valves by its different pipelines system.
Install Pumps, Hydraulic components, and other auxiliary equipment’s.
Perform proper application of bolting and torquing.
Read, interpret drawing and sketches, blueprints, isometric and schematic and specification to determine the scoop of work: location, quantities, and material specs. Perform basic commissioning and internal pipe testing Solve problems related to work activities.
Perform industry calculations.
Apply safety practices.
Know how to use TIG, SMAW, GMAW, MIG Aluminum welding and HDPE welding. Prepare and fit-up weld materials, set up welding equipment.
