Administrative Supervisor/ Warden's Secretary 08-02-2020 – Current

In my position I am the Warden's Secretary/Administrative Supervisor. I supervise one Admin. Clerk, conduct Interviews. Work on projects delegated by Warden, AW, and Chiefs Etc. Maintain ADO reports and schedule, Call Summary's in charge of getting call summary sheet together bi-weekly as well as when we host 3 times a year, Maintain CoreCivic Community Relations. Organize Department head meeting, Maintain Procedures binder, Maintain read file binder, Warden's walk through binder/Ado Binder, ACA Files quarterly QA, self- audits, process I-9 clearances, process facility tracking report, Division 1 data summary report to FSC every Friday, Facility fact sheet, schedule community events, blood drives, can food drives, toy drives etc. Rosters to our contract and Florence project. Assuring visits with Attorney's are set up as well as phone call message to detainees, facilitate conference call. Maintain logs that apply. I also maintain Department Head Goals, updating them monthly for our QAM. Assist in the Employee Engagement Committee when they need help. Maintain confidentiality at all times. I am the legal liaison for our legal team, I am the direct contact for all Law Suits. When documentation is needed, or small investigations on photos needed from our Milestone Cameras, putting together documents, obtaining documents needed for each case with Struck and Love Law Office. Process Clearances requests to ICE for vendors to be able to come into the facility. I work closely with ICE to obtain clearance to enter the facility for all vendors and Florence Project Attorney's .I conduct Milestone camera investigations. I am in charge of the Family Outreach program.

Search for detainees, take phone messages for detainees, work on call out list for detainees to attend court as well as Florence Project, Casa Mariposa, Immigration visits, Receptionist answer incoming calls into the facility, special projects for department heads, typing reports, meeting minutes, process detainee requests and more. Maintenance Department-Work Orders, PMs, Order supplies through JDE via Recs, check in supplies once they have arrived at the facility, I Was promoted to Administrative Supervisor 8-2-2020.
