• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications, and all configurations.

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking our company assets and supporting documentation to keep us compliant with ISO and audit purposes.

• Currently I am the company MacBook Specialist and responsible for device management company wide.

• Versed in using different software to remote into a user’s computer so that I can troubleshoot and/or install and monitor software, along with other assigned tasks.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems. This may include replacing defective components when necessary and/or submitting for a warranty exchange and doing a 1-for-1 swap.

• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

• Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software. 2

• Asset tag all devices to include laptops, monitors, Surface Hubs, docks, etc. to keep accurate accountability of assets and determine when it is time to rotate that equipment out for new equipment.

• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.

• Order and track all cell phone devices and ensure that they are issued out properly and meet the minimum specs for application testing, per the needs of the specified team.

• Train and/or on-board current and new employees on their newly assigned computer, whether it is a MacBook or Surface Pro/Laptop.

• Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel to facilitate purchases of equipment and software.

• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.

• Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.
