Segregating, collecting, arranging & printing the documents needed for claiming processing. 4. Makes a daily checking of inpatients documents as per the policies of accounts and process the inpatient accounts.

5. Update the new accounts in ID maintenance option for new patients or transferred accounts from any wrong charges by the receptionists.

6. Ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the daily medical claims processing for both inpatients and out-patient transactions.

7. Checks the validity and eligibility of any insurance or direct accounts for covering medical services.

8. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. 9. Helps the patients for any inquiries and to solve the issues related to claim processing. 10. Cooperates to the any information related to the rejections data. 11. Finalize the monthly claims with the statements and covering letter and endorse it to collectors or MTM for delivery of invoices.

12. Attends telephone call inquiries and do actions related to claiming process. 13. Full cooperation and follow the instructions from Medical Claims Supervisors and superiors. 14.
