Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Principal in all contractual and commercial aspects

• Identify the Scope of Work from the contract and share with all Departments.

• Initiate contractual correspondences and provide contractual replies.

• Preparing all subcontractors Agreements according to the scope of work, with the assistance of all technical departments concerned with the works.

• Focus to Solving the contractual problems with the client and the consultant and finding solutions by focusing on the clauses and terms of the contract and finding appropriate solutions to satisfy all parties in a professional manner.

• Negotiate and agree upon the required re-wording with the Employer's representative.

• Suggest and redraft the unfair Clauses.

• Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers.

• Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters.
