I currently initiate and respond to Internal HR questions about benefits and options available to employees where I serve as an empathetic point of contact and provide holistic Case Management Services for employees who have experienced a loss.

I critically asses and adjust the Case Management Plan to the timing of changing needs which can include troubleshooting issues to seek and remove barriers for an employee. As a team we respond to issues that may arise and ensure the right communication occurs with accurate details at the right time, sometimes with limited information.
