Working as a Costing Manager at Head Office, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Job Responsibilities

Reports to the Top Management.

Prepare budgets according to the project requirements and expected outputs

Liaise with cost controller as well as other members of the project team.

Control and update the all project budgets.

Project job costing and preparation and submission of Project’s Monthly Invoice to client.

Attend to the periodic internal meeting with management.

Presentations on Budget and Client invoice status.

Provide cost control solutions for all phases of the project.

Identify high risk areas and provide alternate solutions to avoid delay that may occur as a result of the contingency.

Reports to the Client and Top Management.

Ensure a proper follow-up of progress and of the Contractor planning activities.

Develop the Project Summary Schedule.

Develop the Project Master Schedule.

Review and analysis Contractor's scheduling and planning documents.

Monitor progress and control Project activities.

Identify potential delays, analysis and propose corrective actions when required.

Elaborate Project progress reports.

Review and analysis Tenders/Contractors Scheduling documents, and participate to Proposals clarifications.

Project job costing and preparation and submission of Project’s Monthly Invoice to client.

Reconcile contractors’ progress schedule with the monthly progress report and claim quantities. Inconsistencies, if any, to be reported to the Project Manager thru the Construction Manager for follow up action with the contractor.

Attend to the periodic Contractor’s Progress Meetings and relevant project coordination meetings.

Presentations on Project Status.

Preparation of project budget, Work Breakdown Structure and Percent Weight allocations, overall manpower and equipment loading, develop histograms and S-curves.

Monitoring the project spare parts, Special Tools and Training.

Prepare the Purchases Orders and Monitoring the Material Submittal, Release for Manufacturing, FAT, Shipment Release, Delivery and Certify they invoices as per terms and conditions.
