● Develop and implement an effective inspection and control procedure to monitor HSE compliance and initiate corrective actions.

● Monitor and ensure effective implementation of the Permit to Work system.

● Inspect and ensure adequate safety provisions in access and egress, materials handling, use of compressed gases, machinery guards and electrical equipment.

● Conduct regular safety inspections and organise mock drills to ensure high levels of preparedness to meet emergencies.

● Promote a positive safety culture in the organisation through training and awareness programs covering all employees, and contractor/subcontractor personnel.

● Investigate all accidents/incidents and evolve measures to prevent recurrence.

● Develop and maintain liaison with local authorities to ensure public safety during project execution.

● Ensure maintenance of all safety and fire fighting equipment by coordination with service vendors.
