Out Vacations and Property Management, I perform
various clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, handling all expenses, pay roll, hiring, marketing, research, utilizing QuickBooks, creating profit reports in Excel, creating documents and presentations in Word and Power Point, and managing our business through phone calls and emails. Phone experience and note taking are a must in my current position. I handle our property management company’s vendors and owners, including drawing in more business for properties to rent and manage. I was hired as the general manager based on my performance as the
Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator at Coastal Sun Realty. The owner/broker of Coastal Sun Realty is the owner of Venture Out Vacations. When he bought the property management company, he made me the
General Manager.
Through computer classes enrolled taken, in college and hands on experience through my occupations, I have gained a great amount of knowledge with computers and various types of software.
I am organized, professional, and thorough in all my work and endeavors. I am eager to continue to grow and be a part of this team and grow within the company!

I have had many years of experience with customers and consumers. I do well with finding solutions to problems and putting in the work to make sure that the issue is resolved and will no longer be an obstacle for the company/business/future customers.
