I am interested in the Operation counselor part time Operation position advertised on your website. As you can see from my resume, in previous positions I have been responsible for interacting with people and counseling them, engaging with senior citizens, scanning parcels, sorted mails, processed packages, opened the building and off loaded the trucks, and assisted customers that had Customer Care issues. My experience with these responsibilities has helped me develop effective communication, time management, and, leadership skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.
One of my career accomplishments was as a CERT member, I was able to minimize the amount of home fires than the previous year due to the installation of more smoke detectors in the community of East Orange. As someone who had no experience as a Mail Processing Clerk I was able to make myself versatile, by not only mastering my level but many others within the short amount of time that I was there. My technical competencies include Microsoft, and research skills.
