The project emphasized the development of survey tools, analyzing feedback and action plans to address areas of concern regarding technical debt management. The training materials and guidelines for employees to ensure consistent and effective customer service practices were also created through daily scrum planning and stakeholder communication. The project resulted in improved customer satisfaction levels and a 30% increase in client involvement/retention and advocacy for the organization.

Strategic Interdepartmental Communication:

Strategy and process implementation of improving communication and collaboration between departments within the company. This project emphasized streamlining communication channels, protocols and guidelines to improve the effectiveness of interdepartmental communications in effort to shorten the number of steps and manpower associated with the onboarding of clients onto the service roster. These steps were managed through product development and velocity forecasting relative to development teams ongoing process completion. Event Tracking Protocol System:

The project management process of planning and creating marketing events on a weekly rotational basis consisted of mapping task and potential interest of clients 2-3 months in advance with a weekly sprint to track progress of future events. Developing a standardized project lifecycle process that could be utilized repetitiously across multiple events no matter the specifics. The development team emphasized tools and templets for product forecasting, product backlog refinement (activity management), all of which were implemented to plan and monitor the outcomes for each event from start to finish.
