Career Summary
Over the past 20 years, I've obtained several construction certifications, degrees and experience. In June of 2004, I completed my construction management degree which allowed me to further advance my career as a Superintendent/Project Manager. In August of 2004, I completed an operating engineers program to become a journeyman heavy equipment operator, and grade setter. Three months after completing this program I became a general foreman, and have managed multimillion dollar projects for Federal/Local Government Municipalities, Public/Private Owners and Medical Facilities. As a superintendent and project manager, I have managed projects for private owners, city, state, and federal government agencies ranging from $1.5M to $40M. In addition, I obtained the following construction certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 10, and 40-Hour Hazwoper, Asbestos Supervisor, Bloodborne Pathogens Awareness, Mold for Supervisors and Managers.

I supervised all personnel construction activities and training. This led to a more educated and skilled workforce performing quality work consistent with company standards, safety rules and expectations. All of these efforts helped improve the company's productivity and timely job completion rate of 95%; and improve on employee awareness of jobsite hazards and work-related injuries. This helped to decrease work-related incidents by 30%.
