Serve as a business operations strategist and visionary accountable for managing daily operations for 200,000 square feet of office space between Teach For America in New York and Washington DC. Success developing and executing plans and protocols encompassing 500 staff members for reopening Teach For America New York and Washington DC aligned with CDC COVID-19 recommendations. • Directed high-level strategic planning necessary to oversee space sharing program that serves over 200 staff members and achieve $500k in annual revenue.

• Authorized the safe reopening of all 53 Teach For America offices across the country by researching and formulating actionable reopening plans based on recommendations from OSHA and the CDC.

• Create and oversee a program dedicated to the equitable distribution of $15K in professional development funds.

• Champion successful strategies to manage the financial relationship with all vendors who service the NYC & DC offices, ensuring all billing is accurate and consistent with org compliance standards.
