Inventory Management & Control of Office Assets.

Monitor Functionality of Office Equipment & Facilities and Procurement of new Equipment and supplies as needed.

Manage Security, Enter into timely,

Maintain all the Annual Maintenance Contracts Records (AMC’s)

Manage that all Utilities are Functional in good order and bills are being Paid on time.

Creating Reports and MIS for Managements as needed.

Manage all the Local Authorities work.

Timely arrange the Mock Drill Program by the Vendor with all the Security Staff, Tangent, Housekeeping Staff.

Maintain Daily Task Like Stationary, Local Authorities Work, Housekeeping Related Issue, Electricity Related Issues, Check Floor wise Maintenance Issue, Water Supply Issue, Drainage Issues, A/c Related Issues, Maintain the Lift Area and Lobby Areas, Fasad Cleaning Timely, Slove the Parking Issue, etc.

Maintain the Monthly Bills Company to Tangent, Check and proses the Vendors Bills in Account Department for clearness.
