In this position I was responsible for managing the administrative and clerical tasks at a medical clinic. My duties included responding to messages from patients, scheduling appointments according to staff availability and processing insurance claims.

MC’s Limousine Service August 2009 – December 2012
My husband and I co-owned a party bus limousine service. I managed the business daily. My duties included answering phones and assisting customers with their reservations. Made payment transactions over the phone. Kept track of all deposits and finances. Made sure all the vehicles maintained serviced according to Washington Utilities & Transportation commissions. Kept a current log for maintenance, operating expenses, vehicle license and registration.
