Improvement Projects
Cycle time reduction from 32 secs to 28 secs in Drum brake assembly line.
Change over time reductionfrom by implementing basic lean system like SMEDin wheel cylinder torqueing station and sub assembly.
Install new Yaskawa and scara mitsbushi robots in assembly lines Quality Projects
Implemented a poke yoke in drum brake & caliper assembly lines. To avoid mixupof shoeassy, Pad assy, Wheel cylinder assembly, Adjuster assembly and also to avoid missing of Carrier thread, through vision system (Make: Cognex, Keyence). Knowledge & Practicing
