With 35 years of experience regarding HSE aspects within National companies, with special emphasis in Constructions, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Operations, Start Up, Regular and Overhaul / Turnaround Maintenance activities in onshore environments.

Among others, the experience covers the following activities: Construction Projects related to Production Facilities, Drilling and Work-Over, Piles Driven, Tender pipelines of different diameters for gas and oil transferring, seismic and Industrial Plants Overhaul.

Sound working knowledge of principles and practices, concepts and theories related to International HSE standards, and OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Series

Among others, the Engineering and Construction department is responsible for the design and construction of well pads facilities consisting in Site Preparation, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation activities

Managing, Administrating and Assisting in developing HSE Plan and Programs for Petrolera Ameriven departments and contractors.

Facilitating implementation of ongoing HSE Plans and Programs to ensure compliance within company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
