My job description was taking orders over the phone/email. Verified billing information and completing

monthly invoices of company orders. Worked with customer service to make sure the client's needs

were met. Most of the time, I created the employee's schedules. It was my job to dispatch technicians,

in case of emergency. Also, did payroll on a biweekly basis. Set up calls to schedule appointments for

free estimates or consultations.

Completed the task of direct sales for AT&T, WOW! And Verizon on an outbound campaign to

businesses. Spoke with potential clients over the phone and persuaded them to switch cables and

internet services. Also did verification calls and soft credit checks for potential clients as well. also

dispatched emergency service vehicles for in-home customer service. Keep records or prepare reports

for owner or management.
