Responsible for: a) attending equipment, parts and service needs to actual construction, aggregate/cement, forest and agriculture customers; b) Structuring and executing a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan to support $US22 MM of sales forecast of equipment for 1998; c) executing and reviewing sales plan on a quarterly basis. As of 1998-second quarter results, an increase of US$8 MM in sales was obtained with respect to the same period for 1997. Other intangible achievements have been obtained mainly due to strategic alliances and customer support agreements, team building, leadership and proper guidance of management team under my supervision.
