Leading for the Commercialization and Marketing of CATERPILLAR Equipment Products for AZ, CA, FL, NM, TX; Mexico, Central and South America, Asia and Pacific markets with an average annualy sales of more than US$7.5 MM in sales. Managing End Users and Brokers from those markets. Expanding the company Client Portofolio in more than 80% the first two years. Leading the CASE Rental for South Florida. Responsible for an inventory of more than 190 CASE heavy equipment units. Since taking over as Rental Manager, the Department has had an increase of 250% in rental sales over the previous management, in the first four months. CONSTRUCTION SALES MANAGER. REPORTING TO MARKETING AND SALES DIRECTOR.

Leading the Construction Division totaling 28 people, which represent 8% of VENEQUIP s employee platform. Responsible for: a) attending equipment, parts and service needs to actual construction, aggregate/cement, forest and agriculture customers; b) Structuring and executing a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan to support $US22 MM of sales forecast of equipment for 1998; c) executing and reviewing sales plan on a quarterly basis. As of 1998-second quarter results, an increase of US$8 MM in sales was obtained with respect to the same period for 1997. Other intangible achievements have been obtained mainly due to strategic alliances and customer support agreements, team building, leadership and proper guidance of management team under my supervision.
