Review, issues comments/ approvals for the contractors & vendor documents

Assist the project Manager for timely execution of the project with in the agreed time schedule and budget.

Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) of suppliers’/ vendors submittals.

Review and approval of Design documents and proposals

Liaise with Client and arrange SIMOPS/ HAZID/ HAZOP/ Design Basis meetings.

Execution of projects in conjunction with relevant Contract documents, Client specifications, international codes & job related Method statements.

Sub-contracting Management:

Requesting for quotations, evaluation and registration of Subcontractors

Arranging meeting with sub-contractors, Preparation of minutes of meeting.

Negotiations, Preparation of Bid Tabulations, selection of sub-contractors, recommendation of subcontractors to senior management, conducting Pre-Contract Award Meeting, and placing sub contract orders.

Monitoring the work progress in line with the proposed schedule.

•EPIC for Integrated Oily water/ Sludge handling system, new drain system, Fire protection for Crude Oil Manifold & Pipeline Replacement in Halul Island.

(Client: Qatar Petroleum, Qatar. Consultant: Worley Parsons)

Main equipment’s are Surge Tanks, Open and closed drain tanks, produce water package, scale inhibitor injection package, Biocide injection Package, oil water analyzer, oxygen scavenger package, HDPE subsea pipeline etc.

•Tie in to the Common Sulphur Project:

(Client: Dolphin Energy Limited, Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar)

This includes Construction of 1 No. 13.6 Mtr. dia x 14 Mtr Ht. Dome roof insulated Liquid Sulphur storage tank (Constructed with Jack up system & as per API 650) with all accessories such as Emergency vent, Roof and shell man way, steam inlet and out let connections, Application of heat trace cement, spiral walk way, plat form for Temp. Transmitter etc., 4 Nos. Sulphur transfer pumps, 1 Number metering skid, Jacketed &Skin effect electrical heat tracing (SEEHT) Piping, control valves etc.

V.Period: November 2008 to June 2011

Executing the entire EPC project which covers all the critical activities such as Civil works, Equipment erection consists of 3 Knock out drums, Elevated plat forms, control valves/ Manual valves, Pumps, Support fabrication, pipe rack strengthening, piping spool fabrication & erection, sand blasting and painting, E&I work, Passive Fire Protection, Hydro testing and commissioning etc.

•Project of Offshore Associated Gases project (OAG-1) Location: Das Island (Offshore), UAE.

(Main Contractor: TECHNIP MEPI, Client: ADGAS, PMC: WORLI PARSONS)

•Major Overhauling of Crude Oil Storage Tanks 12, 10 & 17, ADMA-OPCO, Das Island. (Tank Diameter 80 m. Height 20 m.).

Scope of works includes the following,

Entire Bottom plate removal which includes gas freeing, GRP removal achieved by hydro jetting to enable gas cutting, replacement of bitumen, new floor with Annular ring and bottom plate laying & welding with SAW/ Mig welding.

Application of new GRP lining to floor and 2 meter of shell height.

Demolition of floating roof and re-construction of double deck roof which includes Fabrication and erection of guide pole, Anti rotation pole, Rolling ladder, legs, seals, emergency vents etc.

Partial shell replacement by giving extra supports prior to cutting, welding with automatic and manual (100% radiography).

Replacement of wind girder and damaged portion of walk way and replacement of form pourer (Firefighting system).

Related piping work including tie in.

Hydro testing

Scaffolding, sand blasting, painting & Stenciling.

•Buried pipeline replacement (EPC)

Buried Pipe replacement project which includes replacement of flow lines, trunk lines, suction lines and delivery line to offshore installations.

•Fabrication and Erection of Conveyor frames, De dusting system, Bottom level platforms etc. for the Silos.
