What are Alpine Access’s expectations/policies?
(outline specifics and refer to policy etc where appropriate)
NCNS
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for efficient operation of the business and ongoing success for our clients and Alpine Access.
A No Call No Show (NCNS) is defined as an employee missing any part of a scheduled shift, without noting ETC (or calling in if internet service is not available) and calling his/her immediate supervisor prior to the beginning of the shift. If extended time will be missed, employees should be in contact with their immediate supervisor. CCPs not able to work their scheduled shift are expected to note their absence in ETC (or call in if internet service is not available) and call their immediate supervisor prior to the strt of the shift.
Policy reference: CCP Attendance Policy

Latasha will call adherence or note ETC for any absence following proper Sykes Home guidelines. Any additional no call no show within 6 months could result in Termination and be considered Voluntary Resignation with Alpine Access. Further adherence issues would also be escalated accordingly under the Alpine Access Attendance Policy.
