Greetings, my name is Robert J. Barksdale III, and my interest is facilitating Adult Education. The past five years of undergraduate and graduate studies have provided me with a birds-eye view of the paradigm shift of education inside and outside the classroom. These collaborations were foundational for my understanding of how effectively working together strengthened our research methods while using the tools that assist and improve quantitative, and qualitative outcomes. My Educational Philosophy includes educating adults asynchronously, or synchronously. I believe education is facilitated in schools, community centers, churches, homes, businesses, outdoors, or, anywhere people are willing to come together to gain knowledge.
I attended Harvest House in 2010-11, receiving a certificate of completion for math, and English classes. I attended Erie Community College (2016-2018, AAS), VESID, BETC, and eventually Buffalo State University 2018-2020, BS, Psychology), 2021-2022; MS Adult Education, MS Graduate Certificate Human Resource Development.
My passion is to conduct adults on their educational journeys and help them improve their lives. This past year I was privileged to be the leader (Worshipful Master), of St. John’s Lodge #16, Buffalo, N.Y., stewarding 70 men from the transition out of COVID-19 protocols to an open and masked society (12/21-12/22,) Stewardship Report.
I know that I can contribute to the growth and success of your mission.
