I am the manager of the Application Support Center in the District Office. I am responsible for the establishment, maintenance and operation the center. I monitor and evaluate various program’s simultaneously in order ensure the successful accomplishment of the Application Support Center‘s goals. I apply knowledge of program/management principles, processes analytical methods and techniques to investigate issues, fraud, and problems or procedural of factual nature. I communicate directly with 20 to 30 applicants a day from diverse backgrounds all over the world, about complicated matter relating to laws, regulations and procedures pertaining to benefits. I provide assistance to other federal agencies in identifying individuals who pose a threat to national security/public safety. I ensure technical and customer service requirements are met. EDUCATION
