Summary

Global CFO has two subsidiaries, MyStartUpCFO (msCFO) and MyTaxFiler (MTF). I headed the msCFO Ops, MTF and HR for Global CFO. I was instrumental in bringing the change by:

● Defined and implemented strategies to revamp client delivery processes and team structures, aiming to improve margins and enhance client deliverables in terms of quality and speed

● Assumed leadership of the Tax division following the departure of the MyTaxFiler CEO in March 2023, and redesigned the team structure to facilitate better workflows, optimize team utilization, and increase revenue visibility and collections

● Integrated the processes of both msCFO and MTF, leveraging cross-selling synergies to expand revenue opportunities

● Introduced analytical reporting that identified revenue leakage, client and team profitabilities, leading to the redesign and restructuring of client and team allocation methods

● Introduced advanced analytical reporting as an additional revenue stream for msCFO, providing clients with higher-level insights

● Assisted in evaluating AI tools and other automation technologies to streamline work processes and enhance business efficiency

● 5-year Financial forecast modeling and participate in potential investor pitch meetings General Electric (2008 – 2013) Bellevue, WA/Erie, PA Summary Made rapid progress in a structured and process oriented company; started as a CFO of their Thermal division under Power & Water business. Was instrumental in starting various reports on business analytics and KPI reporting. ● Helped drive profitable growth by implementing processes to improve rigor in key Finance processes, improved revenue recognition and implemented outsourcing programs which led to cost reductions improving margin for the business

Previous Experience

Participated in Series B fund raising (US based company) and as India finance head, led a company through its successful IPO looking after auditory, financial and legal compliances. Acted as main liaison with Merchant Bankers and Lawyers during IPO process.

Other experience includes equity and industry analysis, evaluating of investment proposals for recommending to company’s high net worth clientele. Helped company in its restructuring by providing analysis around core businesses as well as impact of divesture of its non-core businesses. Other Activities
