Started my career making sales calls to individuals, schools and companies. Promoted to the Event Follow-up Department to ensure all coordinators had what they needed and to assure individuals when needed. Moved to the Human Resources department in 1993 where I was HR Associate, HR Employment Assistant, HR Assistant and HR Administrative Assistant reporting to the HR Director.

* Oversaw purchase and managed the new filing system for over 1500 people at National Executive Office.

*Trained new Administrative Assistant for the processes and policies at our sister site. Initiate the new hire process with skills assessment, background checks, interviews, and new hire orientation. Processed personnel requests, maintained confidential files, executed new policy improvements.

*Coordinated the new hire benefits enrollment and for yearly benefits open enrollment. Entering all information into HR Information System.

*Created/Coordinated the Relocation Program and processes for the organization. Adapt procedures to include International relocation.
