• Daily basis production planning, manpower handling, Manpower balancing, root cause analysis of production..

• Creation of BOM, Routing, Machine center,Work center.

• Capacity planning for for production and new product.

• Strategic planning to meet the production & quality targets.

• Responsible for schedule adherence of product with right quality & cost.

• Material Planning on the basis of day requirement.

• Ensure minimum-maximum inventory level as per plan.

• Follow-up with sourcing team for shortage.

• Follow up with purchase department to ensure receiving of material on time.

• Maintaining the shop floor discipline.

• Responsible for optimum utilization of Company resources i.e. man, machine, material.

• Follow up for plan vs actual production, and find route cause to maximize adherence.

• Chasing other department heads on daily basis to keep plan on track. Update order wise completed tasks on the Time & action Calendar. When found something is going to be late, expedite and create an alarm about the delay.

• Material Resource Planning (Inventory): Preparation of Material requirement sheet according to sample product and buyer specification sheet. Consumption of material (plastic raw material, bought out parts etc.) is calculated and estimated cost of each material. Skills:
