AMA Dental- Office Management Oversaw all aspects of office from scheduling patients and staff, billing vendors, insurance, and personal planning and scheduling meetings for owner of company and his wife who owned dermatology company in conjuncunction with dental office.

Advanced Family Dental Care- Front Office Manager- March 2013-August 2017

Small one dentist office- responsible for scheduling, filing and answering the phone with multi lines. Processed insurance claims, verified coverage, and solve issues with billing and treatment plans. Most importantly though, I work with patients on a one on one basis to figure out exactly what they need, what is affordable for them and make creative schedules so that people can plan financially.

Working as an assistant manager in a restaurant setting provided a change of environment and required daily quick problem solving skills, ability to instruct employees, and organizational skills. I worked with scheduling and helped understand and anticipate customer needs.

Foreman for small contract company in Grayson. Was responsible for leading the team and providing them with necessary tools to complete job in contract terms. Worked as a team to grow in the industry.

Legacy Academy- Director- 2004-2008

After working as a teacher in the childcare industry for over a decade, I became a director first through a private preschool then moved over to Legacy as their director of operations. This job required a multitude of skills, including: budgeting, scheduling, curriculum overview, establishing relationships with parents, employing exemplary teachers, and keeping track of the day to day activities at the school.
