Over the years I have worked as a temp at many successful companies. Jumping from position to position has taught me how to adapt to any office environment and know exactly what my employer expects of me. I have learned how to meet deadlines in a timely manner, become the ultimate team player, and assist my co workers in anyway needed. I am a hardworking, driven, employee, who wants to find a permanent fit at a company. A company where I can start small and work my way up within. As much as being a temp has taught me over the years, I want to find a permanent position.

Authorized to work in the US for any employer Work Experience

Loan setup/ loan processor

New England Regional Mortgage - Salem, NH January 2020 to Present

Currently I am working at New England Regional Mortgage as loan setup/ processor. We are a small company, therefore our workload tends to spill into different positions. I was hired as loan-setup meaning I was he person who ordered everything for the loan. The appraisal, if fha I ordered case numbers, ran credit reports, flood, fraud, tax transcripts, ect. As we got more busy I began doing some processing. Getting the disclosures together, ordering pay offs, sending out the UW approval letters, following up the borrower on the status of their applications. Also making sure our close date would not be changing due to any unexpected issues with the process, and helping underwriters where I could.

Administrative Assistant

New Hampshire housing association - Bedford, NH February 2018 to December 2018

My day to day activities were scanning and indexing loans, directing phone calls, assisting all walk in clients. Scheduling meetings and taking notes for those meetings. I was expected to be a team player around the office helping out where help was needed.

Loan Opener

Northpoint mortgage - Bedford, NH January 2017 to August 2017

As a loan opener I had many duties. I began the process of the loan. I would work with FHA, conventional purchase, Va, cash out refy, etc. Each loan I opened I was expected to order the title, voe, flood, fraud. For FHA the case number, case query, CAIVR, and the appraisal. I was expected to know the turn times of each state when ordering the appraisal and make sure our due dates suited with or closing dates. I worked with appraisers and Lo's daily, being the middle man between the two. If anything went wrong with an appraisal or there was a fee change I was the first to deal with it.

I worked with programs such as encompass, mercury, flagstar, fraudguard, sugar sync, birchwood, and Sharepoint. I am very comfortable with Microsoft excel. If I learned one thing from the mortgage business it's to stay organized and keep up with followups. My day was very busy. If I wasn't opening loans I was answering phones, transferring case numbers, constantly answering emails, speaking with title agency's and getting them correctly set up with flagstar. North point really open the door for me and my eyes to why I want to further my skills in the mortgage business.

Administrative Assistant

Merrimack mortgage - Manchester, NH February 2016 to July 2016

At Merrimack mortgage I worked as an office administrator. My daily tasks were to answer phone calls, schedule meetings, filling and scanning. Change conditions on loans as well as follow up on all title and appraisal work. I worked closely with borrowers, helping them get in the correct disclosures, and making sure the information was filled out properly.

Inventory management

Prime zero prep - Salem, NH January 2015 to February 2016

Prime zero prep is a company that preps and managers inventory for Amazon. My job was to manage inventory using Microsft excel, and to prep the inventory before it is shipped out. I also was responsible for taking calls from potential clients and explain to them why choosing our company was the best option for them. I would also schedule meeting dates for clients and my manager. This job helped me become more independent in my work and very organized. It also improved my computer skills in excel and gave me secretary experience.

Additional Information

Out of all the jobs I have done in my life there is no doubt that I want to grow in the mortgage industry. I love the fast pace environment, I love the work, and I want to further my skills in this business. I have seen all angles of the loan process. At Merrimack Mortgage our branch was mainly closers and underwriters. At Northpoint we were mainly processors and LO’s. Not a lot of people get to come into work and love what they do but that’s what it was like for me working at Northpoint. If I had it my

way in 5 years I would be at the same company, growing, and learning everyday. At this point I don’t care what position I get at a mortgage company. I understand you have to start at the bottom and work your way up. I just know this is what I want to be doing. This is the industry I want to be in, and hopefully one day I can reach my goal and become a very successful loan officer. I want to reach that goal at the same company. Being a temp for so long has given me a small foundation, however I want to build on that foundation; learning from the same people, at the same place, everyday.
