I worked from home and out in the field contacting and interviewing respondents that did not complete the required census making personal visits and phone calls. Requested letters and used fast data to find people and other resources to locate people.

Educated respondents about the importance of the census and assisted in completion to meet the census goals. Originally started out as the supervisor of Cleveland County for about 3 years. I had approximately 40-50 agents under my supervision that reported to my home office several times every week. Team management, process improvement, kept track of mileage and necessary expenses, rented out places to hold and lead big team meetings. I also assisted other counties to help them reach their completion and train their agents. Handled payroll for my team, data entry, mail out letters, provided ways to "sell" respondents on convincing them to complete the census, generated reports, compared productivity, provided strategic planning for agents to become more successful, handled fed ex and shipments daily. Organized assignments, firing, mapping, scheduled and held meetings, provided customer service management, training new agents and became the resolution specialist. The supervisor assignment from Charlotte, NC ended and I worked as a field agent for the rest of the time from home and out in the field keeping a lot of my duties. The Charlotte Regional office closed and I was reassigned to the Atlanta, Georgia Census Bureau Regional Office. I have received many awards over the years including financial and certifications for my performance and exceeding goals.
