CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Identified potential customer service needs for a large energy supplier in the states of Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. This was a “remote” position that required knowledge of the electric grids for those who were experiencing power outages during the recent hurricane season in the Southeastern section of the US.
Served as customer support for NHSC.
