Contract – Doral Bank - Business Analyst/Project Manager Banking Regulatory Compliance

- In this Project the focus was to resolve Regulatory violations identified in orders from the FDIC, FED and CBPR. From these reports a project plan was developed using MS Project 2010 that identified the tasks required to evidence compliance with the orders. Agile methods were used to adjust tasks that would require additional time or were dependent on other tasks that were delayed. The evidence was produced by the C-Suite executives and their Direct report executives. Once complete, the evidence of the task was collected and placed in SharePoint for Internal Audit to Accept or Reject. Weekly metrics status reports of progress and schedule were provided to the CEO and Board for review. The project was successfully completed in 3 months, providing the evidence that satisfied the regulators for inspection.

Business Analyst/Project Manager Enterprise Systems Management

-This role required the expertise of reviewing the current Business Processes and consolidating them to align the business operations across regions. Upon alignment the Use Cases or Scenarios in the application were identified for UAT and the Subject Matter Experts were identified for their role with the UAT and confirmation of the Use Case applicability. Through UAT the application was tested and any defects were identified and reviewed with the vendor for prioritization and resolution schedule. Used and supported MS Sharepoint 2007 to create users and track UAT testing results. As part of the application Business Objects and VDI were used for users to provide receipts and work orders for customers and technicians. The successful delivery in Production of the application and resulted in my assignment to Manage projects related to Network Operations. Providing Support for the installation, configuration and support of Windows, and UNIX Servers and applications. During the IT Transformation, I was responsible for increasing server support from 500 to 3000 servers in the Enterprise Systems Management and Remote Access design for the Infrastructure. Completely responsible for the HP OpenView Operations system, including the hardware, OS, Oracle Database and Application Monitoring, Alerting and automation of all of the corporate controlled servers. Delivered a costs savings in excess of $1 million that was recognized by modifying the license agreement with the vendor and by consolidating all east coast servers in a combined effort with WDW. Collaborated with the various support teams in identifying their alerting and automation needs and deliver intelligent solutions for their operations in addition to identifying value that could be leveraged for other related business units and teams.
