• Monitoring Batch production cycle and updating production per batch in BMR. Production process as per GMP’s and SOP’s.

• Monitoring the unit operations are Distillation, Drying, Filtration, Extraction, crystallization, and unit Process Hydrogenation, chlorination, oxidation.

• Process of Hydrogenation Process using 5% of Raney Nickel catalyst at 18 kg/cm2 Pressure and 145 c Temperature.

• Gathering the critical stages and process plan during validation batches and follow up critical parameters during process.

• Troubleshoot process to reduce rates of error, breakages and sub-standard production.

• Handling the solvents & Raw material are follow in MSDS and PPE’s.

• Safety Precautions are following as per Work Permit.

• Read and reviewing of P&ID and process Layout diagram.
