Diagnose and repair injection molding, die casting and cnc machines. Implement pm programs and schedules for efficiency upgrades. Order parts with requisitions for purchasing department along with spares and inventory such as hardware.
Meet with contractors, vendors and city for inspections and certifications of facilities. Hire, review and schedule a staff of 11 techs to include one supervisor, 3 pm techs and 7 line techs for breakdowns and repairs all of which also served as facilities techs. Scheduling of employees and yearly merit increases. Some techs were able to be sent to hydraulics classes and some industrial maintenance courses.
