Project 1:

Role: Mule Module Lead

API Title: DOCU Integrations – Migrations Solutions

Description: The project deals with migration of various APIs from Weblogic/Mule 3 services to Mule 4 to make them more standardized. This API are defined for interacting with many downstream services to send and store bank related documents into inventories.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Involved in the Design and Development of APIs using RAML and integration flows using MuleSoft Any point platform.

Managing Dev team and collaboratively work on the assigned development tasks.

Deploying interfaces on to On premise servers.

Responsible for collaboration with Cross work stream team and with testing teams in Defect remediation and resolution of issues/problems.

Perform resource planning, deployment, tracking and reporting for all assigned team members.

Project 2:

Role: Mule Sr. Developer

API Title: 1. Autopay checks (Debit and Credit)

Description: The API deals with disputes raised by customers for the transactions done with different network cards/online. (VISA/MasterCard/UPI). The process works to validate different rules which are framed to check if the disputes are eligible for Auto pay. In case, if the validations are passed, Autopay is set as True and the dispute is settled. In case if the Autopay is False, the dispute is supposed to undergo Chargeback process.

API Title: 2. Incoming Documents (Credit, Debit and Prepaid)

Description: The API deals with interacting with different web services and collects the documents of different records and sending them to other web services. It has majorly used both soap and rest webservices to interact with external services and it make the use of queues to store the data related to particular network. (Visa/MC).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work under the direction of Integration architect to design, develop and test mule applications or systems across functional areas.

We have used stored procedures in this API to shortlist records based on the type of record.

Provide root cause analysis to resolve complex issues as part of support.

Data base connectors were used extensively to store audit information related to all the

documents/records for validation.

Handled end to end development of APIs, Unit testing, deployments and documentation of the APIs.

Bug regression and tracking to ensure all known issues have been addressed.

Project 3: BOI Omega Program

Description: The OMEGA program will leverage existing externally hosted platform, TS2-Consumer and TS2-Commercial, for credit card and debit card processing. These platforms are hosted and managed by TSYS. These two platforms will be integrated with the new core banking platform T24.The aim of the project is to develop different APIs by connecting to the legacy systems.

Project 4 :SMC3

Description: The SMC executive management team works hard to support the U.S. transportation marketplace—by using combined experience, technological know-how, years of industry knowledge and keeping a close watch on U.S. and global transportation trends.

Role: Mule Developer

Responsibilities:

Active participant of Capacity planning for the sprint goals to be achieved over the sprint.

Co-ordinate among the team members and have daily calls to avoid unnecessary rework.

Project Title: Reversal Transaction, Creditor Reconciliation process.

Description: Celcom Axiata Berhad, DBA Celcom, is the oldest mobile telecommunications provider in Malaysia. Being one of the very few companies in Malaysia to originally obtain a cellular phone license, it successfully introduced mobile telephony in Malaysia through its ART-900 (Automatic Radio Telephone) service. It has introduced RPA to vendors to automate most of its services.

Role: RPA QA Lead

Project Title: ITRF, IndieBot, Depuy Spine Email Orders, CTMS

Description: Johnson & Johnson is an American multinational medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods manufacturing company founded in 1886. Among its brands include numerous household names of medications and first aid supplies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Training and mentoring of the team and the team members in terms of their job performance, behaviors and competencies

Guide the developers for starting with best practices of development, in entire development phase, unit testing and hand over to QA.

Description: RDARR stands for Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting (Retail-RDARR) program. All the banks in Canada must be compliant with all Basel BCBS-239 11 Principles for Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting (RDARR) by Dec, 2016. BCBS 239 11 Principles for RDARR focus on data governance and infrastructure, risk data aggregation capabilities and risk reporting practices for banks.

Role: ETL Developer

Responsibilities:

Worked on end-to-end development.

Worked on iWay development components and interfaces according to business requirements.

Developed various flows to process data and generate reports using DM.

Created DQC components and plans to check the quality of the data collecting from the staging area.

Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions.

Provided the Support for moving the code through various stages to Production.

Project 6: Customer Registry Operations

Description: CR stands for Customer Registry and is a database that serves as the corporate model of integrating data across multiple sources (departments). It structures Cisco customers and partners into branches and headquarters that make up a company hierarchy. CR operates from a legal stand point so what is seen in CR are legal hierarchies of companies worldwide. The idea behind CR is to make reporting across multiple sources simpler by consolidating all the different source Id’s into one single party Id in CR.

Role: TIBCO Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot complex issues and providing a rapid response for customer issues, calls and emails.

Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.

Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.

Was involved in deployments of the code changes.

Worked closely with customers and the team to ensure that the issues get resolved quicker to meet the user expectations.
