oAchieved direct on-line supplies of fasteners in the year 2014 by establishing suppliers’ warehouse near factory which has resulted in to just in time supplies, reduced inventory levels for 300 types of fasteners & ensured zero-line stoppages.

oAchieved payment terms extension from 30 Days to 60 Days for all 30nos of suppliers through negotiation.

oAchieved potential cost saving of Rs.323000/- in cots for the year 2019 from supplier Inarco Pvt. Ltd.
