Intelligence Analyst

Provided signals intelligence support to the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), SOTF, CJSOTF, and Intelligence Community customers. Discovered and exploited adversary vulnerabilities. Operated electronic intelligence-receiving and direction-finding systems, digital recording devices, analysis terminals, etc. Conducted tactical signals intelligence collection, target analysis, and payload operations in direct support of inter-agency requirements to ensure mission and personnel safety and security.

●Produced and disseminated >1,000 sensitive intelligence reports; contributed ~625 hours of analytic support utilizing Intel Community tools (several listed below), Overhead and National-level assets. Providing EW, IPOE, Target tracking and collection analysis, fusion intel, etc.

●Fulfilled National-level objectives resulting in increased knowledge development on “top ten” global targets collecting, processing, analyzing and fusing SIGINT at the strategic, operational, and tactical environments, across 2 collection sites, 6 Joint Task Force capabilities briefs, answering CCIRs and NIPF.

●Answered 82 requests for information (RFIs), tracked >30 high priority targets, created target-specific baseball cards & targeting plans and coordinated tasking of ISR collection assets, and produced 67 serialized reports, aiding the common operating picture and situational awareness of ashore and afloat units supporting USPACOM, PACFLT, 7TH Fleet, and 5TH Fleet.

●Conducted 8 Flag level Commanders Update Briefs addressing Ballistic Missile Defense platform availability, intelligence communication outages, and provided real-time situational awareness of space launches

●Led in the creation of 2,858 Space Effects Packages during 5 exercises across 4 areas of responsibility

●Dedicated 247 hours to UAS Payload maintenance, enabling 800 flight hours with ZERO discrepancies

●Mentored 11 personnel in career planning and health & wellness over 30 hours of personal time, leading to improved health metrics and selection of mentored personnel for special programs
