Image Segmentation of Cell Colonies using U-Net and LinkNet Architecture Tensorflow, Keras August 2022

• Created the database by manually annotating microscopic images using Python masking tools. Performed Image segmentation on manually annotated images of microscopic cell colonies.

• Trained the model with U-net and LinkNet architecture and compared the performance of the models. The Accuracy of both models was 98 and 97 percent after 50 epochs . Classification of Infected Plant Leaves using CNN Tensorflow, Keras Apr. 2020
